Why GrowAI

In 2024, I completed AI training with Google, focused specifically on how SMEs can implement AI well: not just the tools, but how to actually put them to work inside a business. I took that straight into a scale-up I was working for at the time, helping the organisation do more with the same lean team, and wrote the company's AI policy before heading off on maternity leave.

Once I was home with a newborn, I started using AI in a completely different context, as a mum trying to juggle the mental load of running a household and a business at the same time. That personal use grew into a community of 40,000 people, and from there into GrowAI: training businesses, speaking publicly on AI, appearing on panels and podcasts, and teaching AI safety online.
