These terms apply whenever you buy the video course, book a training engagement, or otherwise use growai.support ("GrowAI", "we", "us"). By purchasing or using the site, you agree to them. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

What we offer

• Run Lean — Video Series: a self-paced video course with lifetime access, purchased as a one-time payment.
• Upskill the Team / Transform the Business: live training engagements for SMEs and larger SMEs, scoped and scheduled individually.
• Bespoke packages: agreed on a case-by-case basis via enquiry.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in GBP on our Services page and are correct at the time of display; we may change them for future purchases at any time. Payments are processed securely by Stripe — we never receive or store your card details. For SME and Larger SME engagements, payment is split 50% upfront and 50% on completion unless we've agreed otherwise with you directly.

Member accounts

Purchasing the video series creates a member account for you. You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for any activity under your account. Let us know straight away if you think someone else has access to it.

Intellectual property

All course materials, videos, workbooks, and training content remain the intellectual property of GrowAI. Purchasing access gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own business — not to resell, redistribute, or publish them elsewhere.

Acceptable use

Please don't use the site or its content in any way that's unlawful, tries to disrupt the service, or infringes anyone else's rights.

Liability

We provide training and guidance in good faith, but we can't guarantee specific business outcomes from applying it. To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
