Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data GrowAI Business Support ("GrowAI", "we", "us") collects through growai.support, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it. If anything here isn't clear, email us at hello@growai.support.

What we collect

Depending on how you use the site, we collect:

• Contact/enquiry form: your name, email address, the message you send us, and (for SME/Larger SME enquiries) your answer to the AI skills question.
• Video course purchase: your email address (via Stripe Checkout), and a record of the purchase (amount, date, product). We never see or store your card details — Stripe handles payment directly.
• Member account: your email address and a securely hashed password, so you can log in to access course content.
• SME/Larger SME client records:if we've agreed a bespoke deal with you, we store your name, email, and the payment amounts agreed, so we can generate and track your payment links.

Why we collect it

To respond to enquiries, deliver the services or course access you've paid for, manage your member account, and meet our accounting/legal obligations. We don't use your data for marketing, and we don't sell it to anyone.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted service providers ("processors") to run the site. They only receive what they need to do their job:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Resend — sending transactional emails (e.g. enquiry confirmations, account setup links).
• Vercel — website hosting.
• Turso — database hosting.

These providers may process data outside the UK/EEA; where they do, they maintain appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses).

Cookies

The site uses one strictly necessary cookie to keep you logged in to the member or admin area. We don't currently use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. If that changes, we'll update this policy and ask for consent where required.

How long we keep it

We keep account and purchase records for as long as your account is active, plus any period required for tax/accounting purposes. Enquiry form submissions are kept only as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable follow-up period.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you can ask us to: give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or transfer it elsewhere. You can also object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email hello@growai.support. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page.
